Day 1:ARRIVAL ISTANBUL (TURKEY)
On arrival at Istanbul Ataruk Airport, our representative will meet you & transfer you to Hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure & own activity. Dinner @ Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 2:ISTANBUL (TURKEY)
Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfast, depart for a half-day sightseeing tour of Istanbul. Visit Hagia Sophia; “is a former patriarchal basilica, later a mosque, now a museum in Istanbul, Turkey. Famous in particular for its massive dome, it is considered the epitome of Byzantine architecture. It was the largest cathedral in the world for nearly a thousand years, until the completion of the Seville Cathedral in 1520”, Blue Mosque; “Istanbul’s imperial Mosque of Sultan Ahmet I (Sultan Ahmet Camii) is called the Blue Mosque because of its interior tiles, mostly on the upper level and difficult to see unless you are right up there with them. Forget the blue tiles! The mosque (built 1603-17) is the masterwork of Ottoman architect Sedefkâr Mehmet Aga. It is built on the site of the Great Palace of Byzantium, on the southeastern side of the Hippodrome” and Hippodrome; “The Hippodrome of Constantinople was a horse-racing track that was the sporting and social centre of Constantinople, capital of the Byzantine Empire and the largest city in Europe. Today it is a square named Sultanahmet in the Turkish city of Istanbul, with only a few fragments of the original structure surviving.” Finish the tour at Grand Bazaar. After completing your city tour, we will drop you at Hotel. Rest of the day is free for own & optional tour activity. Dinner @ Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 3:ISTANBUL (TURKEY)
Breakfast at Hotel. Morning is free for leisure. In the afternoon, depart for a half day Bosphorus Cruise. Visit Egyptian Spice Market and embark the boat for 1,5 hrs cruise on a regular boat. Return to the hotel after the cruise. Rest of the day is free for own & optional tour activity. Dinner @ Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 4:ISTANBUL (TURKEY) – CAPPADOCIA (TURKEY)
Breakfast at Hotel. Check out hotel & car will drop you at Istanbul Airport to catch your flight. Fly to Cappadocia in the morning. Meet your driver at airport upon arrival and your tour to Cappadocia starts. Today, you will visit Devrent Imagination Valley and walk through this lunar landscape. Next, visit Zelve Open Air Museum, where you will witness houses carved into the rocks, a Seljuk mosque as well as traces of most, if not all, ancient civilizations, Pasabaglari (the world-famous Fairy Chimneys), the village of Avanos, where you will witness a Pottery-making demonstration using ancient Hittite techniques, lunch at a local cave restaurant, Uchisar Rock-Castle, the highest point in the region, Esentepe (a panoramic view of Goreme valley) and Goreme Open Air Museum (Rock-cut churches, frescoes, monastery). After tour transfer to hotel. Check in to Hotel. Dinner @ Indian Restaurant. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.
Day 5:CAPPADOCIA (TURKEY)
Breakfast at Hotel. You will visit Kaymakli Underground City (see how the people lived in this multi level city complete with stables, kitchens, storage chambers and wine making rooms), Soganli Valley (Relaxing 3 km. walking through the valley with Byzantine period rock tombs), Sobesos (A Roman Bath from the 5th century and mosaics and graves from Byzantine Empire Period), Taskinpasa Medresesi (an Ottoman theological school), Keslik Monastery (Churches from 8th and 12th centuries, refectory and other complexes, used by monks) and Mustafapasa (Experience the Ottoman and Greek architecture of this old Greek Village once called. Dinner and Overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 6:CAPPADOCIA (TURKEY) – ISTANBUL (TURKEY) – ATHENS (GREECE)
Breakfast at Hotel. Check out hotel & car will drop you at ASR Erkilet International Airport – Kayseri to catch your flight to Istanbul. On arrival at Istanbul, you have to catch your onward connecting flight to Athens. On arrival at Athens International Airport, you will meet & greet by our representative & will transfer you Hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure & optional activity. Overnight stay in Athens.
Day 7:ATHENS (GREECE) – SANTORINI (GREECE)
Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Piraeus Port and embarkation to the Blue Star Boat to Mykonos. Boat Schedule: Departing from Piraeus at 0735 Hours, reaching Santorini at 1510 Hours. On arrival at Santorini, transfer to Your Hotel. Overnight stay in Santorini.
Day 8:SANTORINI (GREECE)
Breakfast at Hotel. Day is free for leisure & optional tour activity. Overnight stay in Santorini.
Day 9:SANTORINI (GREECE) – ATHENS (GREECE)
Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Santorini Airport to catch your flight to Athens (11:15 – 12:00). On arrival, proceed to Hotel. Check in to Hotel. After that proceed to walking tour visiting the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum with private guide & return to the hotel afterwards. Overnight stay in Athens.
Day 10:ATHENS (GREECE) – DEPARTURE
Breakfast at Hotel. Day is until your departure to Airport. Afternoon car will drop you at Athens Airport to catch your onward flight.
